I have a customer that has an IP Office 406v2 version 3.2.59.
They have a PRI set to 5ESS for all calls.
When they dial a number that is busy the IP Office does not return a busy signal, it just hangs up the call.
The Monitor trace shows that the CO is sending the right message for a busy call:

Is this a know issue, or do I need to call Avaya... again.
