no autocreate printer and local drive after re-install..

Here's how it all started. We were getting the temp license expiration error (15 days till blah, blah, contact admin). Well I found out the consultant have set our cal to per device and not user, we had no device cal. why we were getting this error.

I followed the help instrucions and it asked me to uninstall and restall terminal services. So I could change from Remote Desktop ---> Application mode. So i unstalled it and reinstalled but save the settings in my ICA and RDP protocols.... stupid me. When I should of just went into the MF server and changed per device --> per user.

I also installed hotfix wk3022, could that have done something as well.

Well after I reinstall Terminal services, none of my local drive map and no printer auto create.

When I use RDP client everything works fine, but if I use ICA client, there's no local drive mapping and no autocreate printer.

All my client settings are correct.

Do I need to reinstall citrix? Which I don't really want to, unless i have too.

Please help.

Hi,

Uninstalling and reinstalling Citrix shouldn't be a problem and may be worth doing, ensure a full backup or an image of the server before you start!
