No audio on overhead paging

Hi all, I have a G450 with a mm711 on cm6.3 I have 3 members in a paging group and all works well when doing an all page. When I add a 4th member, I lose audio on all page even though I can still page all zones individualy using their respective tac codes.

Are the user in the same location?

Have you trace a test call? If yes, do you have any denial event in the trace?

No denial. It goes out like normal. I have unplugged everything from the card except for 1 good working zone to rule out a short in the new zone. You can hear the equipment accessing the speakers and then no audio.

In your screen shot it looks like you are dialing a TAC.

Just to be sure, are you using "group-page" the CM feature, or are you using an external paging system attached via an analog trunk?

Group page in cm. 779 is the tac for page all. Each member is assigned to an analog trunk which go out to seperate bogen amps, but even with all members disconnected from the mm711, the audio is still lost when adding the 4th member to the group. We have also replaced the mm711 and updated the firmware.
