I've just installed an IP Office 6.0(14)

I've got some remote users that have local stations forwarded to their cell phones. When a local users calls the extension that's forwarded, there is no audible ringing.

Calls are going out over PRI. 6400 series sets.

Yes, could very well be the same issue. I'm getting an intermittent occurrence of :

Attempt to use a feature for which no license is installed.
License Type: IP500 Voice Networking Channels

I'm taking the easy way out and moving on to bigger fish. I'm just converting the User buttons for these remote users to direct dial their cell phones. They're never on site and don't need a local extension.

Thanks for helping Tom!

The fix for this turned out to be on the ANNOUNCEMENT tab.

1.Check the box to turn them on.
2.Set the time to be greater than the amount of time that it would take for their VM to pick up, I chose 24 secs.
3.Click OK and move on to the next User or save the config.
