NT 4.0 workstation user gets the following when logging onto the Doamin
"You do not have permission to access your central profile located at \\dns\profiles\296 . The operating system is attempting to log you on with your local profile. Please contact your Network Administrator."
I have used MS KB Error 1000 and User Profiles (Q185198). Nothing seems to work.
The user has permission to use all resources of his profile. I have deleted the user and all traces of him and reinstalled him as a new user. Same problem persist. I have about 5 users that this has happened to.
I have copied the profile (Ptemp) that I use for installing new users. This profile works until I rename it to the users. I have renamed (Ptemp to user) this does not work either.
I have tried the profile on several machines with no luck.
Thank You
Jerry
