new client doesn't have nn admin password but i can get in thru telset,is there any ways to reset the nn admin password thru telset

Unfortunatley not.
You could do a level 1 reset( depending on software version) as long as you have the lic file and reprogramme system,

Otherwise, get the site ID and contact Avaya for the top level account and password. They charge for the service!.
