I will be implementing NMS with CallPilot 201i for a customer site. My question is after reading documentation and engineering guide, I believe that if I have site A that has a CallPilot server (prime site) and site B (satellite site) with sip trk with D channel connected using CDP, that would be called NMS. I have NMS on CallPilot
and pkg 175 at site A (61c) site B is (11c) but no pkg 175. I have been tying to find NTP’s to implement NMS (555-7101-100) and -302 but cant find information if both sites need pkg 175. I have been reading some Thread’s about some problem that guy’s have had with MWI. Can some of you clarify that for me and if there is better documents then the one mentioned above. Thanks

In my NMS implementation I have 6 PBX's running a combination of rls 4.5 and 5.0 software. My mail system is a CallPilot 1005r running release 5.0 software. All of the CS1000's have package 175, and I do not have any problem with MWI.

Make sure you include MWI in the RCAP of your D-Channel on both ends.

You can verify that it is working by turning on D-Channel messaging and triggering MWI events using MIK and MCK keys on a phone.

Thanks allecmac for your response. I looks like I have to get Pkg 175 in site B. Do you know of other documentation other then 555-7101-302 to implement this feature. Thanks
