Can we have an AIX version 5.3 TL12 that will be the alternate backup master of a server that is at AIX version 7 update 3?

The 2 machines are also different type machine.
(7028-6C1 et 9110-51A)

Note: It is not possible to install AIX v7 on a 7028-6C1.

Yes, this rule I know.
But I'm not talking about NIM master and client.
I'm talking about NIM master and Alternate Backup NIM Master.

Understood, but ANY NIM master, whether it's used as the primary or alternate has to abide by this rule.
