NIM object locks are used to synchronize activity among NIM objects. These locks are temporary, so try the operation again after some delay. The value of the lock is the process ID of a NIM process that is using the lock.
If the lock persists and no NIM commands are active, reset all NIM locks by stopping the nimesis daemon, then restarting it.
