We just noticed that our night bells are not ringing when the secretary depresses the night service button. Right now it rings over our co trunk group, however, it doesn't when someone calls in on the t1. They are different phone numbers. I tried to enter the hunt group number in the night service field, but could not because I received an error. Does anyone know how to help me?

thanks.

Night service is set up on the trunk group forms, the main listed directory number, and vectors, time of day routing etc. You need to determine what trunk group the call is comming in on and follow it through the system.

Thanks

Chris
