Night service

The night mode is not ringing the correct ext how do I chg where it rings we want it to go into the gen delivery mail box?

All depend on what system and software you have.

You want Service Modes/Ring groups and make sure set is in the right group, you also need to make sure that groupd is assigned to the lines.

This was working till someone on site added a voice mail to the ext that is know receving the calls at night.

Maybe the ringing DN was CFNA to the Vmail DN (Ftr985) and since no Mbox it defaulted to GD. Now that there is a Mbox it answers. Delete new Mbox.

problem solved the new mail box 104 had less # of rings for FDN than the GD mail box changed the new mail box to match and GD mail gets the calls at night like it should.
