Night service won’t stay activated

Hi,

I’ve had a report that the user who usually administers night service before they is unable to activate it.

They have the button assigned on their station form and I’ve checked the console parameters to make sure the extension is there which it is. However when they press the button on their phone it stays on for around 2 seconds and deactivates again.

Any ideas why this would be?

Do you have a traces of this issue? If not, I think the best option here is to do some tests and get the traces of this tests.
