night service restrict

I want to program night service restriction. I see that there is an exclusion list. So, if I understand correctly the phones that I don't restricted must be in that list? Am I to assume I will have to program night ring assignments as well? And Night service can only be enterd at an attendant with a password? Or can I set up a night service schedule?

Or you could use ARS with timed routing, and use the FRL to allow night calling outbound. You can set the night service to be timed instead of manual as well.
