So, we've got a Definity G3 V11 voice system, and an Intuity Audix LX R1.1 for voicemail.

under normal operation, the vm system is working fine, but as soon as the Night button gets enabled on the attendant console (model 302 I believe), callers will get "Extension 3996. Please Wait." and it repeats.

I am not exactly sure where to start troubleshooting, as I'm off-site and can't get there today. I do have a machine that I can RDP into at the the site, that has Avaya Site Administrator installed.

I have a feeling that it's a simple fix, but I just need to be pointed in the right direction.

If there are any questions that will lead to an answer, I'll do my best!

Thanks,

Sounds like you're sending the call to audix, to a mailbox that doesn't exist. Since it doesn't exist, audix tries to send it to its system default location of 3996. When the PBX gets the new call for 3996, it sees that it is in night service, sends it to VM, ... cleanse and repeat.
