Hey guys, cannot figure out where I went wrong. When I turn on night service on the gtrg will not play. I get using the dial pad enter an *, ect number, or # for directory message. I have ring group 01 set with callpilot extension assign, night set to manual, line answer set yes, lines set to ring group 1, control set 221, message recorded. Where did I go wrong. Have check parameters several times. AA set to not answer. CICS system. Restarted each unit. I am really puzzled.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Changing the mode in the phone system only changes the ringing pattern of the phone system, the call pilot has its own time table per day.

If you want to test your night service AA you need to temporarily change the clock.

Don't be surprised if it doesn't work right away. It can take several minutes for the CP to notice there was a time change.

Apparently the problem was that the greeting for night was not set to 1 in the AA. No table assigned either. AA not active, but gtrg had to be changed.

tks for help
