MICS w/6.1, 3 departments each with own DID.

In night mode, the AA needs to answer all three DIDs on zero rings. Currently, only the DID on the control set is answered by the AA in night mode. The other DIDs immediatly go to General Deliver mailbox.

Two of the departments have answer DNs on the control set. In a test, removed one answer DN and replaced with a DID ring only on the control set with the same result.

Any clues on what is not configured right?

Hey PTerrell, Did you assign the target lines of the other DID's to your Night ringing group? Just verified it on a test system.

Are you using the default control set or some other set to control it? Ringing groups can get tricky. I'm assuming you are using manual mode.

Using the default control set and manual mode.

Tricky, yes. I'm posting this for my Nortel tech as this is an area I don't understand. And he's flabbergasted why it's not working. (But then, I'm his most difficult customer...)
