Night ringing to AA

It's been a while since I have programmed a Call Pilot and I have fewer and fewer customers with Nortel systems so my skills are fading fast.
I have a customer with a call pilot and a night service button that rings directly to the CCR tree main menu. Last week the feature stopped working and I can not find why. It looks like it is programmed properly. When I call the V. mail extension directly I get one of the mail boxes (NOT the general delivery one).
This happened once before and I think it was something silly, like the control set was set to DND or (call forward). There is almost ZERO chance that anyone played around with the programming.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this back up and running?

Go into auto attendance and set number of rings to 4 per line. If you forget to set the night button, at least it’ll still go to auto attendant after three or four rings.

While a goodish idea, problem with that is some sites prefer always human answer, hence the need for a manual button option...so not all want AA as a backup.

"When I call the V. mail extension directly I get one of the mail boxes (NOT the general delivery one)"
Not good or incorrect info.

F981 and calling the DN of vmail do the same thing...
What should happen is that it will ask you to enter the password if a mailbox exists behind that phone or, Log: if there is no mailbox behind that phone.

Note what Feature 985 shows (Vmails actual DN) just to make sure it's right what your dialing.

Service Modes/Ringing Service:
Ring Group:
00X should have vmails DN assigned.
Schedule/Night: Manual since you use a button to turn on/off

Button programmed as F871
