I have a MICS with 6.0 software and a CP100.
Night service programmed for Manual on/off.
Service is turned on at 5PM and turned off at 8AM.
During the day Lines 1-5 and 7+8 ring in. after 4 rings of no answer they are picked up by AA.
*Line 6 is the Doctors Line. During the day it is answered at a particular set. I tried to build a schedule seperate from the night service. I need Line 6 to automatically come on at 5PM and turn off at 7AM. 1hr earlier than the night ringing service. Currently the schedule that I built for line 6 when turned to auto or on, all lines quit ringing in at all sets immediately.
What should the schedule look like, and do I use a different schedule such as schedule 6 ?
Any help is greatly appreciated. I am trying to solve this asap.

Try another schedule #?
Maybe the one you tried was in use?

Add the line to a ringing group, assign the group to the service.

I would use a different greeting table with its own hrs. set as you like. Make sure line 6 is in a different ring group than the other lines while on night service
