I have set up NIGHT ringing so that when the recp. is gone for the weekend the staff can answer calls in the back of the office.
I set up everything in the RINGING SERVICES, etc. assigned a RINGING SERVICES button so they can turn it on and off manually. Everything works just fine except that when a calls come in for the first ringI can see the line display arrow flashing but it will not start to ring the set until after the first ring cycle.
I can manually press the line button and answer the call and the calls do ring on the first ring at the recp. but on the sets that I have set up for the ringing group I am getting this delayed ring.
