Night Mode or Night Service in Option 11c

Hello:

Can somebody help me about the Night mode.
How can I activate the night mode in the Meridian Option 11c.
My question is, What change with the Night mode.
Mybe the Restriction, Mybe the BARS/NARS, Mybe the DID's,
I don't know.

How activate the Night Mode with a Key.

Please, help me.

your switch goes in nights with the console only, the 2250 has a night key, not stations. if you print the route you will have a * beside the night or day idc table.. the change is mostly nit data and possible reroute of auto term trunks.. most switching (time of day) is on the clock or via the last agent to log out of an acd group.. then ncfw takes over.. night does of course control idc (ld 49) routing

Hi John:

If I have a Telephone 2616, how can do this telephone a attendant extension (Attendant Console).
For example, I want to when I dial "0", this call go to Attendant Extension (2616); When I want to change the night message in Meridian Mail, I want to change the night service from a telephone 2616;

that's not going to happen, you can use a tod schedule in merridian mail that switch by the date and time. without a 2250 your switch stays in night. you can add a scr 0 to a 2616 but that will not cause a nite switch.. if you make 0 an acd dn, with ncfw to the night msg, then have that 2616 as a acd agent in that group, logging out would cause night msg to play

You can also use the Nite DN. Progranm NIT1 as the 2616's ext, then cfw the 2616 to voicemail afterhours. If using a mailbox in Mermail make sure that "0" is listed in the DN's of the mailbox, or as John said set up a menu service and program the VSDN's to that menuservice.

I just want to change the company greeting of the Meridian Mail.
For example, When I go to Lunch, or when is Holiday ...
I want to do it with a Key or other choice.
I have a E1, and the main number go to DN 7004.
This DN 7004 have the company greeting.
I have a DN 7001 with other company greeting.
How can I for change the company greeting from a telephone 2616 or how can I do it.

only if you make your set an acd phone. then the log out would change the greeting

build the ann def there, any number will work, if my dialed dn is 1234 i use 123401, save that, record it using prompt maint dn then go to option 1,

1 Voice Services-DN Table
that is where you enter the did that gets that recording, then in the switch point it to mail, dial the dn and you will get the recording.
