I'm trying to change hours when phones are not in night mode, and am not able to locate where they go after night hours occur. I have a set with DN 87100, and after 5pm, it goes to a night message. How do I find where the time is set, and where does it go?

TIA

Yes, sorry. I see that for the branch I'm having trouble with the call path is as follows:

POTS into BCM50, which hands off to the extension on the CS1k, then gives it to a set. But I know that at 5pm, it switches and sends that extension to CallPilot. I need to find where the time is set, and to what CallPilot SDN it is being sent to.

Print off the set details for one of the CS1K terminals. I think there might be settings such as AFD, AHNT etc. I also think that there might be another prompt that refers to the time option. I can't think of it now, but it's in the manuals.

The TIME settings will be found in LD 15 under RDR, assuming that it's controlled there as it could still be a service mode on the BCM 50 system.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
