nice cti.....

here's the story...

I have a agent. we are looking for a specific call on the nice query.

Symposium has the call shown in its records, our call logger has the call in the records, but nice doesn't find the call when searching under the agen's name.

If I look to the trunkside I can find the call but, the segment also contains 6 other calls handled by different agents.

Is nice missing the events? they say not.

any clues??????

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
 
Try a search using the agent id or even the extension that he was using. Also if you are able to find the call in trunkside in query you should see a column called segment_id try running a query using the number in this column.

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
 
The original query was run with extn and agent id.

When I found the call trunk side as I said earlier the call was one of 6 other all in the same segment.

we've upped the monitor levels and we'll see what we get.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
