We are taking on a new area of customer service for a client. Part of our upgrade involves NICE 8.8 Screen Agent. We are going to be handling customer service for 2 different regions - possibly 3 in the future. During the initial phase, we set up dual-boot workstations to allow for each software to be set up for a specific region. We are now trying to eliminate the need to reboot in order for an agent to switch the region they are working in. We have everything working except NICE screen agent. By default, we have not found a way to switch servers that NICE connects to. Is there a feature I'm missing, or is NICE designed to only be set up to see one server? We fixed some of the other software by setting up scripts to modify registry settings when switching. We have found the settings for NICE, but I am unsure if running this will actually switch servers on the fly, or if it will require the agent to log off and back on after running the script. NICE is a totally new software to us, and our client has traditionally had dedicated workstations for each region. Anyone have any thoughts?

I believe that they would have to log out and in again for the nice stuff to recognise the login events.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Thanks. Not exactly the answer I was hoping for, but it's still a lot better than having to reboot for each switch.
