nGenius Analyzer (RWAN) - Netflow IOS?

All,

I am looking to monitor the WAN traffic, but do not have NAM or RMON probes like Netscout. I have enable mini RMON on all standard feature sets on a Frame WAN.

I wanted to know the benefits of enabling NETFLOW in the IOS and can this be managed by nGenius Analyzer (RWAN)? What kind of data can be collected?
