Hi all,
I have a slight problem with printing over a vpn. This is an IPSec vpn with Windows Server 2003 at both ends. One site is in the UK, the other in Hong Kong.
The LAN at Hong Kong can print to the printer (a Canon iR3100C) with no problem whatsoever. When we try to print from the UK to the printer at Hong Kong (also a Canon iR3100C) we don't have any joy.
If we look at the print logs on the Canon printer at Hong Kong we get an error code "NG (meaning no good) #853.
Both printers at the UK and HK are configured exactly the same and both firewalls at both sites (Watchguard SOHO Firebox) are configured the same. Everything else on the VPN works a treat - printing from UK to HK is causing us a real headache.
I'm pulling my hair out here. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you in advance
