I am at a loss on this one... We have users on all Windows platforms connecting over different modem speeds etc and it all works fine. But one home users connects and when he double clicks an application he gets a blue screen:
Fatal Exception: 0e has occured at 0028:cbb13d3b.
We have a W2k Citix Xp farm. Has anyone else ever seen this before, or know how to troubleshoot it?

These often refer to buggy device drivers. Have the end user update them on the machine (or have him/her bring the machine in and you can do it).

Some MS articles that may help: Q189655, Q187214, Q149563.

You can also do a Google search for "Fatal Exception: 0e has occured at 0028:" and you will get plenty of responses.

hope this helps,

I've just had the same experience with this on our network.
One of our users brought his Windows 98 computer in due to other problems. When we finally got him into citrix, it was okay while he accessed the citrix server through nfuse over the LAN. He reported that he was getting the "fatal exception 0E" error when he dialed up from home and clicked on an application, even though we had no problems over the LAN via a network card. As soon as I connected using his modem in the office, I got the same result. I also got a blue screen when I hung up the modem connection relating to the file win95ac.vxd. I am going to update his driver (fingers crossed) and hope this resolves the issue.
