nfssuper: Superfluous NFS daemon - High Vulnerability

I'm running RedHat 8.0 and am getting this high vulnerability upon security scans. The only "suggested" fix that comes back with the scan is to turn off NFS...not an option for me. Anyone know of any patches/workarounds with this?

You can iptables rule to block external users to access your NFS in your internal network...:)
