I have a customer who has Nexer LDK 24 system and want changes, I tried to log on through a browser, but cant get on.
is there software to connect to through the usb
Is there any manuals on line as I am finding it hard to get

Have worked on the old gdk and ipldk 100, and have used the hand set, but the nexer wont let me program on the handset

Thanks
Ken

I need to know the version of your ipLDK-24 (neXer).
Post the result of [Trans/Pgm]+72.

USB connector -> It could be a version 1.0 of the neXer.
You will need a Internet Explorer 6.0 to login to neXer version 1.0.
The USB will not work - it is disabled.

Keyset programming (handset) is also disabled on neXer - in all versions.

I was talking to lg here, I have set remote access through ISDN(not on site now) but hangs at verifying user name and password. they must have changed it. they cant find who installed it, about 8 years in place. I see on your other posts that lg can default password, but the guy here has never done it before.

I am in Ireland I have setup a ppp connection over isdn and tryed all numbers on the system and can't connect. On site I searched all ip address and oould not find the system on the network

If locally just connect to the LAN port of the MPB (Micro Processor Board) that has the (default) IP-address: 192.168.1.1. Default user-id is ”admin” and password is ”admin”.
Your laptop PC could have an IP address og 192.168.1.X and with subnet mask 255.255.255.0.

If using the PPP towards the ISDN interface the IP address is 10.0.0.3. User-id and passwors are "admin".
If you use a standard USB ISDN modem, just install it as std. ppp connection.

Let me know if you have more issues with this matter.

If the system is running with ISDN a few settings in PGM200 should be made. The extension number of the attendant should be entered in PGM200. I have an ISDN USB modem and can dial in to check for connectivity, if needed...

I have tryed to connect to LAN and scanned the ip range 192.168.1.1 to 254
I have also set pc to local LAN ip range and scanned full range, could not find the system

Can't do prog 200 no phone program access on system
I have a USB isdn modem and the lg helpdesk here also tried. It takes a few seconds to answer and hangs on veirifying user name and password customer rang to tell me it was ringing in on the phone when I was trying

No, is that often used. the fact it had a cable connect from the ethernet port to the network hub I thought he put it on that range.

Is there any reason why I cant get in on ISDN, is that set by default or does it have to be set up and should it allow any number or is it set to come in on one number

The number to dial-in on is normally the main number.
When the system detects that it is an ISDN data call the call is diverted to the build-in ISDN modem.
Only thing is to set a keyset number in PGM200. The keyset (system phone) should be connected to the neXer.
