NEXER firmware upgrade

Hi,
we have a NEXER/LDK24 currently running LGE/UK24P-3.0Cb NOV/05 which I assume is V3.0 firmware. Does anyone know where I can find version 3.7, such that I can get CLI working on analogue trunks? I assume this is updated in the network admin section?

im pretty sure you need the daughter board for the analogue line card , Capstan will have the software or you in country re-seller

I have the daughter board CPCU2 (CLI and polarity reversal) fitted to the CLCOB2, so the hardware should be all good to go. Just struggling to find the firmware. Tried LG UK, but they could/would not help. Only seemed interested in consumer stuff. I will give Capstan a try.

OK, managed to get hold of the firmware file, and now have CLI working .
One more question. I am trying to upload music on hold to the VMIB card. I believe it should be message number 71.
What format should the file be in? I have tried mono wav in 8 and 16bit and at 8k,11k,22k and 44k without sucess. just get the message 'please check up the file to upload and retry'

I have the s/w for ipLDK-24 version 3.7.
You can upload music through the handset cable of a digital phone, and record the music like a normal greeting.

We use to upload system message 071 as M-O-H file using a the attendants console (Ext. 100 in default setting).
A cable with a phono plug in one end and an RJ11 in the other does the job. Any music program (like iTunes) is used to play the music for M-O-H. Only one minute of M-O-H can be recorded - and this part will be looped for the callers. It would be necessary to test MOH for MORE than one minute..
