Newly added IP's in Web Blocker are not being blocked

I'v ejust spent this morning, much like every morning, going through some spam and blocking ip's of some phishing email that got through.

So I added some more IP's to block in teh exception list in web blocker in my http outbound proxy, saved the config, and tested the ips.

I could get to the sites....

It is only happening with IP's that I added today. Ones that I added last week are working fine.

Setup:
Firebox x750e with Fireware Pro and 9.0

Any ideas? I have rebooted the firewall and management console just for giggles.

Are you going to the IP address, such as

http://xx.xx.xx.yy

or are you going to

http://www.yy2.com

in the web-blocker configuration under exceptions, I dont know if you can do this with IP addresses but I could with the name of the site I wanted to block, for instance when I blocked myspace.com, I used *myspace.com/* in the pattern field. You might try that with the IP address.
