I have W2K installed on my personal laptop. I had my former job's IT guys intall Novell Client Server on it so that I could access the company network while I was in the office. I want to uninstall this so that I can set up a wireless home network.

I have no networking experience, don't even know how to find what version of netware I have. Is there a way to do this without the novell disks or is there a way that I can map my 'house' server without removing it?

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks!

First of all, keep the client, setup a netware server at your house, their great.

Right click My network places on your desktop

choose properties

go into the properties of you network or dial up conenction. select Novell client for windows and click uninstall

How easy was that? Man! I need to brush up on my networking skills - I've been trapped in SQL world for too long lately!

THANK YOU!
