Newbie quick help?

Hey, I was hoping some one here could refer me to a site to give me the most basic of basic instructions on how to get started with adobe premiere 6.5??

I have some experience with Avid... But just got this for home... And idea's??

You could start by looking at the knowledge base at the Adobe Forums for Premiere:

http://www.adobe.com/support/forums/main.html

I stop by there daily to see what problems others have and it has helped me alot. There are separate forums for MAC or Windows Premiere issues. And I always will go back to my manual for help as well.
