I've got Windows XP Pro computers in my NT4 LAN. Some of them need to be used by more than one person, and each person has their own login. How do I make the printers and programs available to all users who log in?

Basically the same way you made them using NT4.
You log in to an account/profile that has the rights to set the device up exactly as you wish it to be. When done you copy that profile to the Default User profile. When ever anyone logs in after this their profile is created from the Default User profile and they are the same.
NT4 does allow the Admin profile to be copied to the default profile but XP does not so there is that difference.

I'm not sure how to do that. I know how to get into Local Users and Groups and change stuff in there, but I don't know where there's a Default User profile and stuff.

Turn on View - Hidden Files from Folder Options
Documents and Settings is where profiles are stored.
You will now see Default User.
From an admin account create a new local account and give it admin rights.
Log into local account. The properties of this account are created from Default User. Make the changes you want everyone to see. Remember to remove the things you don't want them to see when you're done. i.e. Turn off this accounts ability to see hidden files but not admin because can't see default user to do the copy with it off. When you're done with the customizing log out and back in as admin. Remove this acounts admin rights and then copy this account to Default User with Everyone having access. If I remember correctly these are the only 2 options in the copy profile window which is at Control Panel - System - Advanced - User Profiles - Settings.
