What are the steps needed to make OWA visible on the internet. Sorry if these are basic questions. I'm new to Exchange and IIS. Thanks!

Really all you need is IIS installed and have a domain name. Once your web site is up and working Exchange will install into IIS and will be accessed via your web i.e. Its very easy to set up

You should know the default setup of OWA is using port 80. All traffic over port 80 will be unencrypted so usernames/passwords will be in clear text. You may want to consider deploying OWA using HTTPS so the passwords are encrypted.
