hi, i´m a real newbie, and please dont laugh about my question. i was trying out some stuff and wanted to create a homepage. i did it with frames. and i have a problem with saving it.
i did my first page and saved it and i created my second page and tried to save it but it overwrote my first page.
is there something special about saving it? do i have to make a folder for each site of my homepage or what?

my second problem is: my page with the frames and i have a link to the second page and when i got to the second page the frame i moved out of place.

do you know what to do???

first after you make your first page with the frames go to file and click save as....then for the box type in index.htm...that will save your frameset...then another sav as box will come up...that is your main frame...usually your top frame or right frame...call that mainframe.htm...then the third save as box call it secondaryframe.htm or leftframe.htm or bottomframe.htm....all these three files will call your first frame....then any other page you make save it as what you want to call it except those names...then when you like to the new page you have to change the target in the properties window to target _main....this will keep your frameset alive

deeeeeceeeeee
X-)
