Here's what I am using.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0

I'm looking for online resources and howtos, and most of all the google searches dump me back to Microsoft. Any suggestions?

I'd also like to add my current need for help is with modifying email templates and such and required info in it.

Well first you can go to then look under using - here is the link

On the CRM server cd there is the implentation guide which is a great help.

if you go to amazon.com and search for microsoft crm you will see some books available. However the best training resource is the instructor led manuals which you would get if you attended a training course. These can be purchased through microsoft if you dont want to pay to attend the full class.
