Hi !
It is possible to access the console port. You need a "rollover" cable from Cisco (or you can make one). The cable is usualy included in the box - look for a blue cable.
When you setup a ProComm connection make sure that you connect via the Com port connect via the cable to the router's console port.
I normaly use hyperterminal to connect to the routers. I think the normal settings are
Baud rate: 9600
Databit: 8
Parity: none
Stop bit: 1
Flow controll: Hardware
If i do not remember correctly, just look in the manual ;-)
