New workbooks and map files for NRU11 1

Has Nortel released new map files and workbook files with the release of 7.1?

I am desperately looking for the new workbooks - I have to get the target numbers and destinations for a MICS6.1 that is being replaced and my 10.0 NRU utilitis won't work amf01eng doesn't match ame01eng.
