New users not populating the GAL correctly 2

Hello, I am having an odd problem, I created three new users, (they just logged in today)
And they are not in the Global Address list, however they are in the “All Users” list when the “to” button in outlook is clicked.

They are also visible when you expand a distribution group in the “to” line.

The button “hide from Exchange Address lists” is not checked,
Did I do something incorrectly?

Kinda. You just haven't waited long enough. Just give it a while and they will appear.

Force a rebuild of the Offline Address Book.

What you think is the GAL is really the OAB when you use Outlook in Cached Mode.

Thank you Zelandakh and Markdmac, the rebuilding of the offline address book worked.

Users I created a day before appeard in the GAL or OAB today, and after I rebuilt the OAB the users I was talking about appeared as well.
