If you read my other posts on this forum you will see that I am having loads of problems setting up and connecting to a VPN ......Still no solution there..... But when I set up the VPN server using Microsoft XP Pro I was given the option of what users can link to the server and I added myself to the list, gave me a username and password, ticked the box next to my new user name and oked that. then carried on through the set up proccess. When I restart the computer (vpn server) my user name isn't shown on the start up menu, If I try to add my name and password it will not let me and says, that user is already registered. So just because the user doesn's show in the start up page does that make any difference. Any the single user that uses the computer at the moment doesn't have a password, should I be able to log onto the computer (VPN server) over the VPN as that user?
