New user doesn't appear in AD for many hours

Hi,

If I create an exchange enabled user on my system (Exchange2003 Member server) I have to wait hours for the user to;
1. Become available / veiwable in AD on my DC /GC's Servers
2. Become available in the address list / avaible for outlook profile setup.

I am really struggling with this one.

In ESM, navigate to Recipients>Recipient Update Services. Right click on each and UPDATE NOW. Wait a minute or so. If that doesn't work, right click on each and REBUILD. Keep in mind that the offline address book for users in cached mode only gets updated once a day.

Thanks for the help.

I can now get it to appear in the ADC&U's but still can't access the mailbox for about a day after..... dodgy replication at its very best. I think some research is afoot this weekend!
