The capture command tells Procomm to save all incoming and outgoing data to a capture file (.cap). Getfile receives a file from the remote system using a file transfer protocol, such as Zmodem or Kermit. There are times when capture and getfile may both be appropriate for what you are doing - this would usually be the case where you are receiving plain ASCII text. In this situation, I would prefer to use capture over getfile.
