New subnett, configured reverse lookup zone no http?

PC.s in the new subnett cannot see cloud. Subnett sits behind Firewall with T1, CSU's and leased line to reach subnett in new physical location. Used ip helper, 2500 series Cisco routers, can ping everywhere but the cloud. Tried entering PC's host names in DNS after setting up subnett but no joy? Pc's have static NIC entries in new subnett...
