Ryanair updated their site last week and since then all users on our network are unable to book flights. The browser times out after ticking the terms & conditions box and pressing the 'confirm flights' button.

The problem is specific to ISA as the site operates fine when we try an ISP dialup of bypass the ISA 2000 proxy. I think this may be an SSL issue.

Has anyone else experienced similat issues?

My clients are secure NAT and the problem exists both when using the ISA Firewall client and when disabling it.

Thanks,

Barry

Do you have ssl(https) enable as one of your allowed protocols ?

All prorpcols are enabled.

The site is working now. I contacted Ryanair via fax (the only communication method accepted by their MIS department - bizarre). It appears to have been a bug at their end.
