new "master4IDR" db created..why???

our SQL2000 sever has auto created a database called master4IDR over the weekend. Can anybody tell me what this is and why ?

I beleive this has something to do w/ your Veritas software. Are you running Veritas?

Yes we are running Veritas, I thought it might be something to do with that, do you know why veritas has created this database ans is it safe to delete it?
