New Presentation 3.0 Install * Suggestions

I am in the process of preparing for a 15+ server farm install with over 300 users access the system. I would like to lock down the system at the beginning. Are there any industry standards that I can follow while attempting to config Citrix Presentation 3.0. I plan to implement the web interface piece with the Secure Gateway. Have anyone ran into any config issues that can be suggested. May good websites I can use. I would like to minimax bandwidth and users' profile as much as possible.

Look at admin guides on Citrix web site. And search MS for lockdon on Terminal servers. Watch Internet explorer and the security pack..
