New Org name

We are in the process of migrating from Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003. We are wanting to change our org name from org 1 to org 2 due to a company reorginization.

If we do change the org name, would we still be able to use the move mailbox wizzard to move mailboxes as well as having all the resources for our meeting rooms, calendars, and the such show up in both places?

even in ex2003 native, you can't rename org name, what u will have to do is inter-org migration from ex2000 to ex2003, then use exmerge.exe to handle the mailbox, you can't use move mailbox(it's intra-org migration)
