New install of TS on 2003, cannot access it

I just installed TS on 2003, rebooted but cannot access remotely becuase of licensing I guess. Is there anyway to get into the server to install terminal services licensing?

Right click My computer, choose remote, and check Allow users to connect remotely to this computer
