How to count the number of cells in a range that have a certain font colour or background colour

This has been asked so many times I thought I would make it a FAQ

Please feel free to test it out and advise if there are any issues with it

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.
