new exchange 2003 server in domain

Hello, peeps. I wanted to install a second Exchange server on my domain to establish load balancing for my network. Is it the same difficulty as setting up the first exchange box, or is it a little easier??/

The setup is just as easy ;-)

Load balancing is a little trickier, make sure to follow the docs on it.
